A diagnosis of cancer or blood disease can be hard, and you and your family want the best team available. At UI Children’s Hospital, you can be assured that your child or teen will receive the best possible care.

Our pediatric hematologists and oncologists have undergone extensive schooling to diagnose and treat pediatric patients who have cancer or diseases of the blood, immune cells, bones or joints. They are specially trained to work with pediatric patients in both hematology (the study of blood) and oncology (the study of cancer).
